You will be required to provide payment upon your arrival. The quoted group rate provided by the hotel is $169 per night\, plus tax. If you need to add any additional nights at your own expense\, please contact the hotel directly (after Tuesday 2/27) to reserve any additional nights at the discounted rate. \nThe hotel does offer complimentary shuttle transportation to/from the airport. I will provide additional information for this as the meeting date gets closer. There is a discounted $7 daily parking fee for those traveling in with a vehicle.
